Data Representation-Different Number System (Decimal- Binary- Octal and
hexadecimal) and their Inter Conversion.

II COMPUTER SOFTWARE 10
Types of Software- Application software and system software- Compiler and
Interpreter-Generations of languages-Low and High Level Languages-Computer
Memory: Primary Memory &Secondary memory. Catch memory-optical memory-
Storage Media. Introduction to Operating System-All Directory Manipulation-
Creating Directory- Sub Directory- Renaming-Coping and Deleting the Directory
File Manipulation-Creating a File-Deleting- Coping- renaming a File Using
accessories such as calculator- paint brush- CD player etc.
