REPORT
Introduction
The aim of this report is to give the general opinion of a computer of your company,
outline it and communicate if it meets my needs, as well as making some
recommendations for a near future.

Disappointing product
The computer in question is the third model launched at the store, grey and, as said in
its advertisement, life-changing. Well, on the one hand I have hear from multiple
persons how slow the internet on this computer is, which is the last thing you expect
from a brand new and fresh product. On the other hand, the delivery is astoningshly
unsatisfactory. To my ears has arrived a large number of complaints on how some
computers came with not all the letters on the keyboard or how it even arrived dented,
something rather unpleasant when you have left a good amount of money on this new
gadget.

Worth the money?


Putting all said aside, and focusing on the other capabilities of the electronic device it is
true that I have heard a whole lot of great critics. Such as, people saying how it can last
a whole week without charging, even if you use it consistently or how lightweight and
easy it is when you have to carry it around, something which is really helpful especially,
for example, to college students. Moreover, something that has really stood out is how
much it is seen to protect all your private information, no one likes to see their
personal information spread around and, in this device, we can really perceive how
much the company cares about their client’s security.

Conclusion and recommendations


In the future I would like to see more carefulness with the distribution of these
computers, it is a shame to see how well-spoken they are and then hear the critics
about how it arrived. Also it is important to fix the slow internet problem, people might
try and use it anyways the first couple of days but when the problem is consistent it can
be really tiring and it would not be of any surprise if you end up losing clients.
