This document constitutes the formal agreement (“Contract”)

between___________________________________________________(herein described as “Artist”)
and ____________________________________________(herein described as “Session Musician”),
whereby the Session Musician is being hired for compensation to play/perform on the above titled
Recordings whereby the Session Musician agrees to provide professional services as a musician or
vocalist for the purposes of making sound recordings (“Recordings”), all as hereinafter set forth.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Compensation: Upon immediate completion of the contracted Recording Session Date(s) above,
the Session Musician will be paid the amount of: $_______________ for services.

2. Non-Royalties: By entering into this Contract the Session Musician agrees to the above
compensation amount with the Artist, and agrees to give up all rights and Royalties earned by this
project’s recordings.

3. Non-use of material: By accepting the above compensation amount, the Session Musician agrees
not to not use any of the material recorded at the above stated session without the expressed written
consent of the Artist. To this extent, the Session Musician grants the Artist the exclusive rights of
performance during these sessions.

4. Copyright: The Artist has secured the copyright(s) to all songs recorded during the above dates
and all Sound Recordings shall be the sole property of the Artist.

5. Credit: Artist agrees to credit the Session Musician for Recordings. Such credit in no way implies
or grants any legal rights or royalties of Recordings to Session Musician.

It is expressly understood that payment is considered on an all-works-for-hire basis, and that the
Session Musician is not entitled to royalties, publishing, or ownership in any way, shape or form
regarding the copyright, royalties, and/or mechanics for the master or reproduced recordings.

I AGREE THAT AS SESSION MUSICIAN, I HAVE NO CLAIMS WHATSOEVER IN THE FUTURE TO

ANY PART OF SUCH RECORDING.
