 Established group norms, roles, structure:

Our group has decided that the use of reactions throughout the meetings would be
beneficial to avoid interrupting each other and to let our group-mates finish their full
thought.

In our group we decided that the facilitator for the week will be in charge of moving the
conversation along. Not necessarily carrying the conversation, but allowing us to get
through all the material and topics in a timely manner.

Our group encourages each other to bring in questions of our own. We learn better
together and from each other.

Our group would value our meetings to end and begin on time to be respectful of each
other and our time.

Open communication is valued within our group, as that will be beneficial to us all as a
group and each other individually in our studies.

Being respectful to one another / speaking respectfully.

Being open minded.

Focus or topics covered in the group:

We would like some clarification on what this means. We will update the document and
resubmit once that happens as well! Thank you.

Goals for the group:

To understand and be able to apply material.

Become comfortable with the process of facilitating and conducting a conversation with
specific and diverse communities.

Open minded to the experience of group work and what we can gain from it.
