2) उपकरण रेिटं ग / Instrument Rating :

a) वायुयान िनयमावली 1937 की अनुसूची-II, खंड- ण पैरा ५ में िदए गए वणर्न के अनुसार इसमें उल्लेिखत उपकरण रेिटं ग टेस्ट को पूरा करने की ितिथ से 12 माह की अविध तक धारक को उपकरण रेिटं ग के िवशेषािधकारों का उपयोग
करने का प्रािधकार प्राप्त होगा।
The holder is authorized to exercise the privileges of Instrument Ratings as given in Schedule-II, Section-O, Para 5 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937 for the period of 12 months
from the date of completion of instrument rating (IR) test.
b) यह वैधता समािप्त की तारीख से बारह महीने की अविध के िलए नवीनीकृत िकया जाएगा, बशतेर् उपकरण रेिटं ग उड़ान परीक्षण वैधता समािप्त की तारीख से दो महीने के भीतर िकया गया हो और नवीकरण के िलए अन्य सभी
आवश्यकताओं पूरा करता हो ।
It shall be renewed for a further period of twelve months at a time from the date of expiry provided that the instrument rating flying test has been carried out within two
months preceding the date of expiry and all other requirements for renewal are met.
c) अन्य मामलों में, उपकरण रेिटं ग के नवीनीकरण की वैधता परीक्षण की तारीख से शुरू होगी।
In other cases, the validity of renewal of the Instrument rating shall commence from the date of the test.

XIII. अभ्युिक्तयां/Remarks: िवशेषािधकारों एवं सीमाओं से संबंिधत पृष्ठांकन/Endorsements relating to privileges and limitations

1) नागर िवमानन अपेक्षाएं (सीएआर), खंड-7, श्रंखला ‘सी’, भाग-I के अनुसार वैध िचिकत्सा प्रमाण पत्र के धारण / उिचत वगर् के मूल्यांकन के िबना कोई भी उड़ान कमीर् लाइसेंस / रेिटं ग के िवशेषािधकार का प्रयोग नहीं कर सकेगा ।
िचिकत्सा स्वास्थता मूल्यांकन प्रतीिक्षत होने की िस्थित में लाइसेंस के िवशेषािधकारों का प्रयोग करते समय उड़ान कमीर् को लाइसेंस के साथ िचिकत्सा परीक्षण केंद्र द्वारा जारी िचिकत्सा प्रमाण पत्र साथ रखना अिनवायर् है।
In accordance with Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), Section-7, Series ‘C’, Part-I, no flight crew shall exercise privileges of a license/rating, unless he/she holds a valid
medical certificate/ assessment of appropriate class. While exercising the privileges of a license, it is mandatory for the flight crew to carry along with the license their
medical certificate issued by medical examination center, when the medical fitness assessment is awaited.
2) साठ वषर् की आयु प्राप्त करने के पश्चात इस लाइसेंस के िवशेषािधकार वायुयान िनयमावली 1937 के िनयम ‘28क’ के अध्याधीन होंगे।
The privileges of the license shall be subjected to Rule 28A of The Aircraft Rules, 1937, on having the age of sixty years.

XIV. नवीनीकरण:

धारक को लाइसेंस की अविध की समािप्त की ितिथ से कम से कम 15 िदन पूवर् अपने नवीकरण का आवेदन पत्र महािनदेशक द्वारा पदनािमत प्रािधकारी को प्रस्तुत करने का सुझाव िदया जाता है । लाइसेंस का नवीकरण आवेदक से
िनम्निलिखत की प्रािप्त के पश्चात िकया जाएगाः-

> िनयम 48 में िनधार्िरत शुल्क,

> वायुयान िनयमावली 1937 की अनुसूची-2, खंड- ड में िनधार्िरत अपेक्षाओं के अनुपालन से संबंिधत संतोषजनक साक्ष्य; एवं

> वायुयान िनयमावली 1937 के िनयम-42 के अनुपालन का साक्ष्य।

XIV. Renewal:
The holder is advised to submit his application for renewal, at least 15 days before expiry of license to the authority designated by the Director General. The license may be renewed on
receipt of:-
> Fee, as prescribed in Rule 48;
> Satisfactory evidence of the applicant having complied the requirements as laid down in Schedule-II, Section-M, the Aircraft Rules,1937 ; and
> Compliance to Rule – 42 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937.
