by a slight fall. In the contrast, household with income $75,000-$99,999 witnessed a minimal decline before
rebounding while the number of household earning $100,000 or more a year considerably having the lowest
figure. At the same time, households with mid-level income stayed unchanged in three years.
Regarding to households earning less than $50,000 in 2007, there were 25 milion families with income less
than $25,000 then it sharply rose to roughly 29 milion families by 2011 and it slightly dropped in the final year.
Similarly, for household who made between $25,000 and $49,999 mirrored this trend, it was starting at
approximately 27 milion, peaking at roughly 30 milion in the middle of the period then ending at over 28
milion.
Meanwhile, it is clearly that households with mid-level income were the only category that witnessed no
changes, with their figure remained stable at just over 20 milion throughout.
Besides that, families with their annual income over $75,000 there were nearly 15 million earning $75,000-
$90,000 in 2007 and their number did not significantly decline in 2011. However, it climbed to exactly 15
million by 2015. Similar changes, it can be noticeable that the figure of households with income over $100,000
growing just from roughly 30 million to over 33 million by 2015, was the highest figure in the chart in 2015.
