● Payment on Instalment basis can be stretched up to four (4) payments, provided that the full
consideration shall be settled at least forty (40) days prior to the travel date.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. After Booking with us kindly wait within 24 hrs for your Booking Confirmation with QR Code
2. No need to print the voucher with QR , just keep a copy on your mobile phone.
3. The vehicles mentioned are for reference only. If the requested car type and color are not
available, another
vehicle of the same type will be provided. Vehicles are subject to on-site availability.
4. Please review the vehicle's occupancy limit mentioned on this voucher. The driver has the
authority to
refuse the reservation if the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's maximum
carrying
capacity; no refund will be provided in this situation.
5. Our driver can only correspond in basic English, there will be a customer service that will
assist with the English service. We advise our guests to download WhatsApp as this is the only
way for us to communicate with our drivers effectively regarding your tour.
6. Any unused tour services is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-rebook-able.
7. Change pick-up time, and trip reschedules are not guaranteed as this is subject to the approval
of the driver and operator. No changes should be made 4 days prior to the selected date.
8. This service includes vehicle usage, driver service fees, fuel, toll, and parking fees only. No
personal expenses are covered by the operator or the driver during the day trip such as tour
admissions, food allowance, etc.
9. Please manage your time properly as our daily private tour is only good for 10 hours (unless 12
hours is requested). Time will start from the agreed pick-up. An overtime service fee will be
collected onsite once the trip exceeds the purchased duration of your tour.
10. For airport pick-up, 90 minute waiting time is included in the official landing time of your
aircraft, if you need more time - please adjust the pick-up time. Else, a charge of ¥2,000 - ¥4,000
(depending on car size) will be collected for every additional 30 minutes added on top of the free
time provided.
 11.our cars (especially bigger cars) might not be able to pass through some roads as Japan's roads
are smaller than usual. Please understand that we might not be able to pick up/drop off at some
places.
VEHICLE & LUGGAGE OCCUPANCY
7-Seater can occupy 5-6 people with 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
10-Seater can occupy 8-9 people with 9 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
14-Seater can occupy 11 people with 8 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
22-Seater can occupy 18 people with 24 pieces of 24-inch luggage.

SCOPE OF SERVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

● In all our tours, we have a full commitment of quality and safe travel to our clients. However,
there are some factors like forces of nature, war threats, and other unforeseen event that we wish
do not, but may occur during the participant’s travel date. In such cases, Japan Transfers is not
responsible for such incidents.
● Japan Transfers are travel organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to
you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach company,
hotel, transport, restaurant, or any other facility, service provider or government agencies. Thus,
our company only arranges visa processing, airfare, accommodation, transportation, travel and
tours which is independent to other third-party companies and government agencies.
● The Bureau of Immigration shall be principally responsible for the administration and
enforcement of Immigration laws and the implementation of all laws, rules and regulations or
orders of any competent authority concerning the entry and admission into, stay in and the
departure from the Philippines of all persons, including its Citizens. The Bureau has the sole
discretion to allow or disallow passengers departing from the Philippines and their reasons for
offloading are strictly confidential matters. Thus, in cases of offloading, cancellation policy stated
herein shall apply and Japan Transfers shall not be liable for any refund.
