Dear Madam:

I, the undersigned, would like to formally express my intent to compete in the ranking and
selection process for a Teacher 1 position within your school. I was waiting for such an
opportunity to come, and I am avidly eager to join in because I firmly believe that my ability to
give instruction, excellent communication skills, and professional ethics would greatly benefit
the Department.

I obtained my Bachelor in Secondary Education with a major in English at CHMSU- Talisay and
I have been a PRC-registered professional teacher since December 1, 2019. Though, I haven’t
had any teaching experience yet, I believe that I am ready to take on the responsibilities of a
teacher, as I have already equipped myself with the skills and knowledge I have gained through
my four years in college.

Aside from teaching, I have other non-related skills that would greatly help me share and impart
with my students. Working in a call center helps me grow and improve my skills, and I believe
this is something beneficial in teaching English.

Aside from English, I was also trained in ICT. In fact, I have an NCII in computer processing.
Believing is the key of success of students. As an educator, I am the kind who recognizes that
teaching and learning is the top priority of a school. I hope that you will look favorably upon my
application by recognizing my enthusiasm and my future potential.
