Activity 4 – CAPTION THIS!
Instructions: Describe the art form of each photo. Write your own caption inside
the box for each art form found in the various regions of the Philippines. Then find
out an important description about each art form and write it down on the space
provided.
Activity 5 – POETRY WRITING
Instructions: Write a four-stanza poem depicting your municipality or barangay.
Your poem may be a free verse in English or in Filipino. You will be graded based
on the following rubric. Use a short bond paper in doing this activity. Use the same
format.
PERFORMANCE TASK – SONG COMPOSITION
Instructions: Compose a song based on the following themes:

The composition should be written in Bisaya-English language. The music may
