"Mr. Atul Babasaheb Dakh, learned counsel for

the petitioner prays for and is granted three weeks’ time
to effect service on respondent no. 7.
Having considered the submissions made by the
learned counsel for the petitioner in the Application for
transposition of the proforma respondent no. 8, as the
petitioner no. 12, I deem it appropriate to allow the I.A.
No. 147097 of 2019. Ordered accordingly.
Cause title be amended accordingly."

Accordingly, cause title has been amended and included in the

paperbooks.

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Counsel

for the petitioner has not taken any steps for effecting service
on Respondent No. 7 so far.
Service is in­complete on Respondent No.7.
The matter above­mentioned are listed before the Hon’ble
Chamber Judge with this report.
