NO-NOs:
Hot Stuff Alert! The carafe (glass
pot) and coffee will be super hot.
Never touch them with bare hands.
Ask a grown-up for help.
Power Down After Blast Off! When
you're finished making coffee, ask a
grown-up to unplug the coffee
maker.
Extra Safety Tips:
Clean Coffee Maker = Best
Coffee! Make sure the carafe is
clean and empty before brewing.
Cord Control: Don't let the cord
hang over the edge of the counter
or touch hot surfaces. Keep it safe!
Listen to Your Coffee Maker:
Don't open the lid while it's brewing
– hot steam might come out and
surprise you!
DRIP COFFEE MAKER happy:
Cool Down Time! After brewing, let
your coffee maker cool down
completely before cleaning it.
Washing Up! You can wash the
carafe (glass pot) and filter the
basket with warm soapy water. Be
careful with the glass carafe.
Wipe it Clean! Use a damp cloth to
wipe down the outside of the
coffee maker. Never dunk it in the
water!

Fix-It Experts: If your CAFÉ™

seems broken, don't try to fix it
yourself. Ask a grown-up to take it
to a special place called an
"authorized service facility" where
the experts can help.
SET - UP :
COFFEE MAKER
SETTING UP THE CLOCK ON YOUR
DEVICE IS EASY. HERE'S HOW YOU
DO IT:

1. Press and hold the Temperature button

for 3 seconds. You'll see the clock display
light up, and a white dot will appear on
the Temperature button.

2. To set whether it's morning (AM) or

evening (PM), turn the Brew/Select knob
and press it to choose.

3. Next, to set the hour, turn the

Brew/Select knob again and press to
select the correct hour.

4. Then, to set the minutes, repeat the

process by turning the Brew/Select knob
and pressing to choose the right minutes.

5. Once you've set everything, confirm

your choices. The outer ring will light up.
Remember, it won't light up each time
you make a selection, just when you're
confirming.

6. If you need to go back or exit at any

point, simply press and hold the
Brew/Select knob for 3 seconds.
SET- UP :
STRENGTHS
SETTING UP YOUR COFFEE MAKER IS EASY!

First, find the "Strength" button.

When you push it, some options
light up:

Gold, Light, Medium, and Bold. Let's

break them down:

Gold: This makes the best quality

coffee, but you can't change the
temperature. It's perfect unless
you're really high up (above 5000
feet).

Light: If you like your coffee a bit

weaker, this option is for you.
Medium: This is the best balance.
You can choose different cup sizes
and temperatures.
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
To choose, turn the knob to
pick your strength, then push
it to confirm. The light around
the knob will show your
choice.

Bold: If you want your coffee extra If you're up high, stick to

Temperature Settings:

The coffee maker operates at

temperatures between 185°F and 205°F.

For the best flavor, brew between 195°F

If you're above 5000 feet, set the

temperature to 185°F to prevent boiling.

Instructions:

1. Check Strength: Ensure the strength

setting is not set to Gold.
2. Adjust Temperature:
a. Press the Temperature button. Use
the knob to select your desired
temperature between 185°F and
205°F.
b. Push the button or knob to confirm
your selection.
3. Switch Units:
a. To switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius,
press and hold the Strength and
Temperature buttons together for 3
seconds.

Caution for High Altitudes:

If you're in high altitudes, set the
temperature to 185°F to prevent boiling.

1 CHANGING THE FILTER

2 CLEANING THE SHOWERHEAD

You can take it out by twisting it and pulling it straight up.
Make sure the little "unlock" symbol lines up with an arrow
before pulling.
Wash it regularly with warm, soapy water and a soft brush.
No harsh cleaners here either! Rinse and dry it completely.
