weeks of each month, with the aim of increasing the total number of beneficiaries by 15% within
the first year of the program's implementation.

Action: Establish an efficient application and verification process, collaborating with relevant
government agencies, such as the Ministry of Social Development and Family Services, to
determine eligibility based on age, residency, and income criteria. Allocate sufficient funds
within the national budget to support the anticipated number of beneficiaries and ensure timely
