This fitness center is a gym/workout room based for one on one or smaller group settings for

personal or pre-made workout plans. It can be used by anyone but was made for a smaller
group setting, like a sports excel training program for high school athletes. This gym would be
located by a business center that is accessible for the public. Mainly for endurance and more
body weight training, as it isn’t a full cross fit gym but also not a full power lifting gym. There are
peloton bikes available for use, As well as peloton treadmill and an Assault Runner Pro Treadmill
which is designed to help promote injury and running form, that is powered by your own stride.
I thought I would be a good idea for to use these machines for my gym, because they can be
expensive for an at home gym but still didn’t want this gym to be too big or have a lot of
machines that could possibly scare those newer or inexperienced to a gym away. When creating
this gym, I thought of the ones that are available to me in my area, and what I could improve
on. So when designing this gym I put the desk closer to the door for easier access and availably
to watch whose working out and for sign-ins. Across from the desk and door, is the fridge with
water and other drinks available for those working-out. There is a mirror Infront of the yoga
mats for group workouts or to check form with dumbbells and other weights. Weights and
dumbbells are also in this area for easier ability to grab and be out of the way of traffic. There is
also the addition of a garage door for my second exit that would double and be able to open up
with warmer summer months. Infront of the treadmills there are windows which will give the
room more lighting but also make running more enjoyable. There are also 2 TVs that I have
added to my gym in order to display a workout of the day for a set program. Along the wall by
the weight racks there is a closet for storage. As along the backwall there is a pull up/bar latter.
