The problem :
The company has experienced a significant decline in sales over the
past quarter despite launching new products and running marketing
campaigns. This decline is primarily attributed to a drop in repeat
purchases from existing customers, indicating a need to enhance
customer retention efforts and improve sales team effectiveness in
addressing client needs.
Introductions:
Meeting Chairman(MANEL): Good morning, everyone. Lets begin our
meeting. First, I’d like to welcome IMENE, our newly appointed Sales
Operations Manager.
IMENE: Thank you for the introduction. I’m eager to contribute to

KHADIDJA, our Financial Analyst, who will be providing insights into

Director, couldn’t attend today’s meeting due to a prior engagement.

January 15th. INES, could you please provide a brief summary?
INES: Certainly. At our last meeting, we discussed the factors
contributing to our declining sales figures and identified the need to
explore new strategies to boost sales.

on the challenges we’re facing with our declining sales. Let’s go

SOUMIA: In my view, our sales team needs better support and
resources to effectively reach our target market. We also need to
revamp our marketing strategies to generate more leads.Additionally,
I think we should focus on improving our customer retention efforts
to maximize sales from existing clients.
CHAIMA: Sorry to interrupt, but can you elaborate on what you mean
by improving customer retention efforts ?
SOUMIA: Of course. I mean implementing loyalty programs,
personalized communication strategies, and proactive customer
support to keep our existing customers satisfied and loyal to our
brand.
