(b) The arrangement of a lens and a convex mirror is shown in the diagram below.

The radii of curvatures of the lens r1 and r2 are 5.0 cm and 10.0 cm respectively. The refractive
index of the lens is 1.5. The convex mirror of focal length 10.0 cm is placed 25.0 cm at the back
of the lens. An object O is placed 60.0 cm in front of the lens. Determine the
(i) Focal length of the lens. [3 marks]

(iii) Final position of the image formed by the lens and the convex mirror. [3 marks]

20. (a) Describe the Bohr atomic model. [2 marks]


(b) The energy levels of a hydrogen atom at various states are shown in the diagram below.
