1.Why is communication important to you?

For me, we communicate every single day , communicating helps us build relationships by allowing us to
share our experiences, and needs, and helps us connect to others. Communication is the the essence of life,
allowing us to express feelings, pass on information and share thoughts. Communication helps to resolve or
avoid problems or conflicts. Everybody need to communicate.
2.Why is communication important to society?
The importance of communication in a society , Communication plays an important role when knowledge has
to be shared among people of a society. Communication allows people to build relationships with each other
hence it is an important aspect of building a society. It is due to communication that people understand each
other. Communications helps to share ideas and beliefs.
3. Why do you communication skills are considered to be essential in being a good citizens?
Communication skills are considered to be essential and can make you a good citizen because communication
is the key to success and understanding of all people in any aspect whether business, technology, politics or
career. A wise person who communicates effectively can get what he wants.
4. What is the importance of having knowledge on communication models in relation to purposive
communication? Communication models provide a framework to ensure that our messages are clear, concise,
and persuasive. By understanding the various elements of the communication process, such as sender,
receiver, message, channel, and feedback, we can communicate more effectively and avoid
misunderstandings.
5. Which of the models, whether on the major models or those belonging to it, is most applicable to todays
communication and why?
The most applicable nowadays is the transactional model of communication because it has a number of
advantages and benefits, including effective two-way communication (a form of transmission in which both
parties involved transmit information. Two-way communication has also been referred to as interpersonal
communication), the ability to receive feedback, open dialogue, and better problem-solving.
