BIG NEWS FOR THE LOW PRESSURE COMPRESSORS LINE
New engines and new low-voltage version in the
portable family.

Many innovations affect the range of small, low-

pressure Coltri compressors:
The EOLO-330-SH and NETTUNO petrol engine
compressors now mount the new Honda GP 160
engine, while for those with electric engines the
company presents the new TESEO DC with 12 V
single-phase electric motor, DC, 600 W.

THE ISO 9001: 2015 CERTIFICATION
Another innovation goal achieved by the Coltri Compressors team.

We are proud to announce that CERTIQUALITY, the organization specializing

in the Certification of Business Management Systems for Quality, confirmed
to Aerotecnica Coltri, on December 12 2017, the suitability for ISO 9001:
2015 certification.
The commitment of the entire Coltri Compressors team was fundamental
for achieving this important goal that confirms the company's constant
focus on innovation.

THE NEW CNG 3 EVO
Expansion of the range of CNG automotive compressors.

Aerotecnica Coltri expands the range of high pressure compressors for natural
gas refuelling of vehicles for private use, introducing the small CNG 3 EVO.

With a refueling time of 50 l / min (3 m3 / h) and a charging rate at 0/200 bar

of 5h and 20 min. (Cylinder 80 l), the new CNG 3 EVO, less expensive, satisfies
a wide range of users with lower performance requirements.

NEW TEST SYSTEM FOR MAXIFILTERS AND HYPERFILTERS
Aerotecnica Coltri always invests in quality and safety.

Coltri Compressor has recently armed a new test line for Maxifilters and Hyperfilters in
order to increase quality and safety standards of the highest power compressors delivered
to customers. The new equipment, compliant with the new directive 2014/68 / EU, aligned
to the new European legislative framework, allows each Maxifilter and Hyperfilter to be
stress-tested with pressures up to 600 bar, before being inserted on high performance
compressors produced by the company.

MCH 22/30/36: NEW FAN HOLDER
An important improvement for the cooling of the compressors.

To improve the effectiveness of the cooling fans of the large compressor lines
and to optimize their production efficiency, Aerotecnica Coltri has designed
the fan hub, making it even lighter, without changing the number of blades
housed.

MCH 36: NEW PRESSURE SWITCH
An important improvement of the control panel.

The Coltri Compressors technical department

introduces some improvements to the MCH36 series
compressor pressure switch of the control panel to
reduce the inconvenience of multiple readings. New
graphics are also introduced for easy reading.
The pressure switch provides an indication of action
while the correct reading is performed on the pressure
gauge.

MCH 13/16/22/30/36 - SMALL BUT IMPORTANT
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE PRESSURE MAINTENANCE VALVES
The importance of the minors but constant progress of all the
components of Coltri compressors.

The update concerns the pressure maintaining valves housed in

all cabinet of the Coltri Compressors range.

During 2018 the design used up till now will be replaced with a
new integrated PMV system. The modification guarantees lower
risk of pressure losses and improves maintainability.

MCH 13/16 - NEW PRESSURE TUNING SYSTEM
Integrated double pressure system with holding valve.

An interesting change concerns the MCH 13 and MCH 16 Compressors series:

Standard, Tech and Minitech.

The outlet pressure management system, previously composed of different

components, is now presented in a single block able to manage the double
pressure and also integrating the maintaining valve.

MCH6: MORE NEWS FOR 2018
Two innovations affecting oil treatment, available in early 2018.

The first novelty concerns the introduction on the base of the compressor
of a transparent bulb for visual inspection of the oil level.

The second concerns the drainage of the oil which is improved by

introducing an extension which facilitates the fluid recovery.

MCH 36 AND MCH 16 TROPICAL PLUS: NEW OIL FILTER
Oil treatment still involved with important
improvements.

Coltri Compressors technical staff is working to

introduce a new oil filter on the two MCH 36 and MCH
16 TROPICAL PLUS compressors.

The new automotive type filter will be bigger in size

and easier to replace.
