Bardhaman-713213 and Md.Sadruddin Hussain, S/o-Munazir Hussain, R/o-PURE JAMBAD COLLIERY,
Bahul (ct), Dist.-Paschim Bardhaman-713322 hereby representing as the Partners of S.R Group of
Developers have paid a sum of Rs.________________________________/-

purchase of Land whose details is mentioned below in the schedule to Amir Ali Khan,S/o- Hazi Md Israfil
Khan and Akbar Ali Khan, S/o-Amir Ali Khan, both are residents of A-Block, Firoo Bakery, Nutan Pally,
Benachity, PS-Durgapur, Dist.-Paschim Bardhaman-713213 hereby reffered to as the" LandLords".

The Total Sale Value of the below scheduled land is fixed a sum of
