The Trade (Licensing) (Prescription of Forms) Regulations.


(Under section 29 of the Act.)

1. Citation.

These Regulations may be cited as the Trade (Licensing) (Prescription of


Forms) Regulations.

2. Interpretation.

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, “licence” means


a trading licence issued by a licensing authority under section 11 of the Act.

3. Application for licence.

Every application for a licence shall be made on the appropriate application


form prescribed in the First Schedule to these Regulations which may be
obtained from the town clerk of the city, municipality or town or the county
chief of the area in which the business is or is to be established.

4. Form of licence.

Every licence shall be in the form prescribed in the Second Schedule to these
Regulations.
