Health (Zim-TTECH).
Background:
Zim-TTECH is seeking highly qualified and experienced applicants to fill the position of Siyakha
Champion for the DREAMS program in Mashonaland East - Seke district: Ward 10 x 1, Ward 18
x 1. Zim-TTECH's activities occur primarily in the technical areas of health system strengthening;
health workforce development; operations research and evaluation; prevention, care and treatment of
infectious diseases. Zim-TTECH is funded by PEPFAR through the Center for Disease Control to
implement HIV & TB treatment and care services in five Zimbabwean provinces in support of the
Ministry of Health and Childcare (MoHCC) under the Zim-PAAC (Zimbabwe Partnership to
Accelerate AIDS Control) program. The contract is for 6 months effective April 2024 to 29
September 2024.
Position Summary
Successful candidates shall work under the direct supervision of the Economic Strengthening Officer.
Candidates in liaison with the CBM shall; participate in the screening, enrolment, and service delivery
for AGYWs reached by the program, deliver the ISAL curriculum to Adolescent Girls and Young
Women (AGYW) aged 15-24 years to improve household economic resilience, support and monitor
formation of savings groups, and facilitate linkages of AGYW to markets, finance and vocational
skills training.
