Effect of Yoga Protocol in Primary Snoring: A Pilot study

yoga protocol is cost‑effective, easy to administer, and effective nonpharmacological treatment in
the management of primary snoring.

राइनाइटिस का मामला, प्रति दिन तीन या अधिक मादक पेय, ओएसए फिजियोलॉजी को प्रभावित करने वाली स्थितियां : न्यूरोमस्कुलर
रोग या अन्य प्रमुख तंत्रिका संबंधी विकार, दिल की विफलता, कोई अन्य अस्थिर प्रमुख चिकित्सा स्थिति को बाहर रखा गया था।
फ्रीडमैन और पेयर टी‑टे स्ट का उपयोग करके एसएसआई प्रश्नावली और खर्रा टे स्कोर, प्रतिशत और समय, सोने के समय का आकलन
किया गया। परिणाम: एसएसआई प्रश्नावली के 25 प्रश्नों में से 13 ने महत्वपूर्ण परिणाम दिखाए। खर्रा टे के स्कोर, समय और प्रतिशत में
अत्यधिक महत्वपूर्ण सुधार दे खा गया। उपचार से पहले और बाद में पैरामीटर गर्दन परिधि (पी <0.05) में महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन दे खे गए।
निष्कर्ष: हम अनुमान लगा सकते हैं कि प्राथमिक खर्रा टों के प्रबंधन में योग प्रोटोकॉल सस्ता, प्रशासित करने में आसान, प्रभावी
गैर‑औषधीय उपचार है ।
