Organizational Structure

As Jollibee will be expanding its branches to CALABARZON IV-A, the company

should establish an organizational structure that enables its core competencies and

global learning that can convey throughout its different stores internationally or

domestically. Furthermore, Jollibee should also promote the value chain in value

creation activities such as it could have more efficient operations. In addition, the

framework's flexible matrix structure fosters a shared vision and culture. This framework

will allow domestic operation units to collaborate and coordinate. For operating issues

connected to product, marketing, and human resource management, Jollibee should

enable a certain level of decentralization of power. This helps to increase job

satisfaction, especially among lower-level management, by increasing work

performance. A standardized ERP system can also assist with the localization of

specific products, increasing efficiency while saving time and resources. Employees

from various departments will use the same set of tools, which will improve accuracy,

foster teamwork, and eliminate miscommunication.
