With reference to your application concerning employment with us, we have the pleasure to offer

 Safety Wear & Equipment: Provided by the company.
 Paid Leave : 2 times per month.
 Air Tickets :Joining Air Ticket will not be provided by the
employer.
 Visa & Resident Permit Fees: Will be borne by the employee.
 Gratuity & Bonus : As per Romania Labour Law / Leaving Air Ticket
when contract ends will be provided by the employer.
 Other Conditions : All other terms and conditions will be accordance with
laws and regulations of Romania.

This letter is sent to you in duplicate and we request you to confirm your acceptance of all the
terms of services by signing on one copy and returning it to by mail/fax. If resigned before the two
years contract period, the demobilization cost will be borne by the employee. We look forward to a
