I know him for approximately 2 years in his professional background and he has well built
capacity building skills as for as I know he is well dedicated and punctual.

2. When did the candidate work for your organization and what were his key responsibilities?
He was working with our organization from 2017 to 2019 as an Enumerator and he was
responsible for taking social awareness session and programs, collecting data from the fields and
analyzing, taking assessment of the ongoing projects within the area, monitoring and evaluation of the
current progress projects.

3. Overall, how would you rate the candidate’s performance in those key areas?
Factually he was the team leader of the enumerator staff and he was energetic, good sense of
humor, we found him professional, knowledgeable and result oriented with theoretical and practical
understanding.

have improved upon in this role?
He was well dedicated person to the organization and he has worked under pressure with us and
he is fully perfect for your esteem organization as a full member package.
