    I work for 21 hours Offshore and rest for only 3 hours.

    The lunch, dinner and paperwork time is inclusive of the working hours.

    I work from Monday to Saturday and rest on Sunday on the oil rig.

    It's my time frame for my day to day activities here on the oil rig .
