HTC is one of the leading EPC Marine Contractor in the Middle East.
With engineering and construction capabilities spanning from Master
Planning for Ports and Harbours, Coastal and River Hydraulic Studies,
Foundation Engineering & Pile Driving, Dredging & Reclamation,
Marine Constructions, Project Management and Supervision, HTC
offers a comprehensive range of services for Marine projects throughout
the MENA region.

MUC (Meeuwsen Udink Consultants); In 1981 B.V. Ingenieursbureau M.U.C. starts its
operations in The Netherlands as a Marine Engineering Consultancy firm specialized in
maritime projects such as ports, harbors and ship handling facilities such as quay walls and
jetties . In 2003, MUC Engineering started its UAE operations .

In 2021 MUC Management formalized a separate entity of MUC Engineering by


creating Hilcrest Technical Contracting & Construction (HTC) to separate the Marine
construction division of MUC and all Design and Detailing for the projects by MUC
Engineering in the UAE market and Internationally.

HTC is an ISO (14001 ,9001 and OHSAS 18001) certified company, enforcing
the highest standards of safety for its people, operation and material

Hilcrest Technical Contracting & Construction was established as an EPC company to cater to the construction
needs of the industrial sector in the United Arab Emirates. We have always strived to excel and implement the
highest quality system to meet our business goals. The constant improvement of the QMS has been a key driving

ABOUT US
HTC along with MUC has served the domestic and international
construction industry of marine related facilities for the last three
decades, having followed the latest technical developments and
technology. The firm has accumulated reputable expertise and
experience by completing the design, surveys, dredging, rock‐fill,
pre‐cast concrete blocks, caissons, capping beams, fenders, bollards,
mooring rings etc.

HTC maintains a fleet of floating equipment such as floating cranes,


tug boats, flat barges, hopper barges, pontoons, diving equipment,
underwater monitoring systems.

HTC has been involved in the implementation of the construction


works for Industrial Terminals for various solid and liquid trade
commodities, Shipyards, Commercial & Passenger Harbors and
Container Terminals.

Scope of Work :
To supply rock material for the (follow-up) reclamation works of the FNLRP Phase 4 – Spare

All quarry run rock material (47,000,000 tons in 0 - 1000 kg and 0 -300kg sizes) for reclama-
tion filling purposes up to a final level + 5.0 m CD for Spare Area 5C.

Ras Al Khaimah Coast Guard Harbour

Scope of Work :

New Coast Guard Harbor including quay walls, breakwaters and dredged basin. Quay walls is
325m long and built using steel sheet piles, anchored with diagonal grout anchors. Length of
the breakwater is approx. 1km.
