This webinar is all about the importance of Information security in developing

systems inside the company. The hazards and risk of not having protection of your data and the

possible outcomes if you are not careful with your data. Information is power. It means you can

gain advantage if you have enough info and it can go both ways. You can use information for

the greater good or you can use that information to gain advantage of the situation. There are

many malwares rampant nowadays and system developers must be aware of these malwares

because it can cause the company its profit. This webinar is very helpful for us computer

engineering students because we cannot just develop a system and then that’s it. We must

heighten our intelligence towards security and to avoid conflicts within the company

Information Security webinar enlighten me to take precautionary measures for

future purposes not just in developing systems but also in my life. Somebody from nowhere will

try to steal my data and take advantage of it. Just like in wars, information is the strongest

weapon that they can have. This gives me an opportunity to add cybersecurity to my career

paths because as the time goes by, data and information still exist, and it can be a good career

path in the near future.
