1:If the detected touch voltage between the rail and the earth is equal to or

greater than the first voltage value(For Depot 60V, Substation 120V),
then the contractor and the earth would short-circuit effectively after an
adjustable time delay (regulate range 0.5s-5s) a certain interval of time,
the interrupting can be restored. The time interval of recovery after short
connection can be adjusted by the counting timer in the PLC controller, and
the range is about 0—60s. Three times after operation continuously, the
device will not return the breaking but in locking state continuously.

2:If the detected touch voltage between the rail and the earth is equal
to or greater than the second value(For Depot 150V, Substation 150V),
after delay of 0.2s the DC contractor will short-circuit earth effectively but no
blocking recovery, it's necessary to reset manually or remote unlock to
recover blocking. The operation time of the contractor is less than 100ms.

3:When the detected potential difference between the rail and earth is equal
or greater than 3rd Voltage Value,(For Depot 600V, Substation 600V), the
thyristor would Close the circuit in 0.2 milliseconds, the short-circuit
contractors will short-circuit and close immediately. When the thyristor circuit
is restored, manual or-remote reset after unlocking, which can restore the
breaking state of contractor.
