Poverty is one of the main reasons why some families suffer in malnutrition especially among the
Filipino children. Having sustainable resources of healthy food can make a difference in food
consumption, health and nutrition in every household, especially in the community.

And one of the priority project of PGO Lubang Sub-Office is “Pangbayang Gulayan Operation
Tanim Project” that gives the improvement of nutritional status of the Municipality. It is a
collaborative effort of the Provincial Government Offiice and the community to promote tree
planting and gardening within the compounds of a small space.

In this regard, we would like to request in your good office for the seeds and seedlings of the
following that we need to distribute to all groups and participants for this project.
