people at standing and 4 Restaurant.
Achievement
• Ballroom Construction of 1000 M2. Can save money cost of 1.8 Billion
of the total project value of 85 Billion
• HVAC system repair. Which within seven years the problem has not
been found. And the condition is now in good condition according to the
standart HVAC system.
• Renovation of the Meeting Room At Atria Residence can save as much
as 100 Million.

• HVAC system repair. Which within four years the problem has not
been found. And the condition is now in good condition according to the
standart HVAC system.
• Renovation of the Meeting Room At The Papandayan can save as much
as 40 Million.
• Renovation of the Music Room At The Papandayan can save as much
as 75 Million. of the total project value of 850 Million
