Authorization Letter

We the undersigned, hereby authorize Sheikh Abdul Wahid Advocate to

act on our (Silk Route Company) behalf in all manners relating to signing
of contract with partners to said company, including signing of all
documents relating to the matters (Silk Route Company) including
signing of contracts, partnerships agreements, dissolution of
partnerships, cancellation agreements, rescission of contract. Accounts
Management, Sales, Payments, Billing, contract with Government Line
Agencies about sales of POL and its cancellation, procurements, Human
Resource related matter, rental agreements, courts litigations and any or
all acts carried out by Sheikh Abdul Wahid Advocate on our (Silk Route
Company) behalf shall have the same effect as acts of our (Silk Route
Company) own.
