customer of BOP Tank Branch in Consumer Court on dated: 10-10-2022 whereas decision
announced on 05-03-2024 while judgment delivered on 29-03-2024 which is in favor of
respondents (Bank of Punjab)

Whereas, due to of frequent transfers of Presiding Officers / Judges Consumer Protection

Court and finally the Consumer Protection Court Tank is working with dual charge of
Presiding Officers / Judges Consumer Protection Court DIK therefore, above titled case was
argued by the counsel for respondents separately before each Presiding Officers / Judges
Consumer Protection Court.

Due to the above stated reasons counsel for the respondents (Bank of Punjab) subsequent
