AGENCY LIFE – FY’25

Terms and Conditions
Program cycle definition will remain the same ( 16th of the month to next 15th of the month)
Agency Life – FY’25 contours will have a NO exception policy over both inputs & output. BI Team Final Report will be considered final for the same.
Conversion extension beyond 15th of any month in Agency Life Re-Vamped will NOT be applicable
AL Loyalty :-
FCs can become Loyalty Club Members ( Prime Club – with 03 times Qualification / Supreme Club with 06 times Qualification in last 12 AL cycle )
Loyalty Club review happens every six months ( after 15th April AL cycle and after 15 th October AL cycle )
AL Benefit ( Relaxed Input Criteria ) under AL Loyalty Program ( for Prime & Supreme club members ) will be applicable on ALL FYC & Lives slab as per Payout grid.
CYFCs in AL :-
CYFC Headstart Induction Certification is mandatory to be eligible to earn AL Payouts; for Licenses from 1 st April’24.
JFM’24 ( 1st Jan to 31st Mar’24 ) licenses will be deemed as CYFC in AL till 15 th Oct’24 AL cycle. They will get 1 Life waiver till 15 th Oct’24 AL cycle
Licenses from 1st April’24 will be considered as CYFCs in AL; only till M6; from their month of joining, likewise they will get 1 Life waiver benefit in AL Payout grid. For e.g – FC licensed
in April ‘24 w ill be considered CYFC in AL till 15th Nov’24 AL cycle . Similarly FC licensed in May’24 will be considered as CYFC in AL till 15 th Dec’24 AL cycle
Business for AL payout will be counted in Agency Life only after M0+M1 months of CYFC. for e.g – M1 gets over on 31 st May; then for 16 th May to 15 th June cycle; business will get counted
from 1st June to 15 th June’24
After M6, the CYFC in Agency Life will be treated as LY/PY FC for AL Payout grid only
Business Criteria :-
For LY / PY FCs , With 01 Life; FYC of Only Term & non-ULIP Pension Products will be counted for AL Payout tabulation; as per the Payout grid.
For CYFCs in AL, All products ( except ULIPs ) will be considered for 1 Life ; from base FYC slab of 9000.
Base FYC slab of 9000. will be applicable to LY/PY FCs as Q1 Bonanza only ( from 16 th Apr to 15 th July’24 AL cycle )
Only FCs qualifying with 3 or more lives; will get FYC & Lives credit for ULIPs
For Lives calculation ticket size of 10K+ ( excluding GST ) will be considered, 10% weightage is considered for single premium policies.
All ISNP ( online ) Cases; along with Saral Jeevan Bima & C2I plan will NOT be considered for FYC & Lives calculation
Input Criteria
Only InstaGo marked attendance shall be applicable for AL Qualification; as per contours
Only Unique Verified Sales Leads shall be considered for AL Qualification; as per contours
Minimum mLearn completion shall be considered for AL Qualification; as per contours
