EU COMPENSATION PLAN

TERMINOLOGY
Terminology – January 1st 2019

• Team Trainer – TT = Independent Business Owner - IBO

• Qualified Team Trainer – QTT = Customer Qualified IBO - CQ

• Customer Bonuses = Personal CABs

• Customer Acquisition Bonuses – CABs = Overriding CABs

• Residuals = Personal Residual Income

• Team Residuals = Overriding Residual Income


POSITIONS &
QUALIFICATIONS
Positions & Qualifications – January 1st 2019

• Customer Qualified IBO: CQ will


replace the current QTT position and will
require the IBO to acquire 7 personal
customers points with 3 services

• The 3 services can be any 3 ACTIVE


customers, which will show on the PCL as an
individual record. Example: 1 UK JOi
customer with 2 sims is equal to
1 service (customer)
Positions & Qualifications – January 1st 2019

• Executive Team leader: ETL will be the


second earned position within the
compensation plan and will require the IBO
to acquire 15 personal customer points, with
5 services (customers) and 10 CQs in a
minimum of 3 legs OR 60 personal customer
points

• As with the CQ position the 5 required


services can be any 5 active customers
Positions & Qualifications – January 1st 2019

• Regional Director: RD will be the third earned position within the


compensation plan and will require the IBO to acquire 600 group customer
points, with a maximum of 200 points per leg

• Group points can include both personal and downline points


Positions & Qualifications – January 1st 2019

• Regional Vice President: RVP will be the 4th earned position within the
compensation plan and will require the IBO to acquire 4 RD legs, at any
Level and 3,000 Group points (with max 1,000 per leg)
• RVP Gold will be RVP qualifications plus £/€ 175,000 in monthly billing volume
(max £/€ 60,000 per leg)
• RVP Platinum will be RVP qualifications plus £/€ 250,000 in monthly billing volume
(max £/€ 100,000 per leg)
Positions & Qualifications – January 1st 2019

• Senior Vice President: SVP will be the 5th earned position within the
compensation plan and will require the IBO to acquire 2 RVPs, 4 RD legs,
at any Level and £ 350,000 / € 400,000 in monthly billing volume (with
max £ 150,000 / € 175,000 per leg)

• All RD’s and above are required to maintain a minimum of


15 personal points with 5 services to be paid at their
compensated level
EXISTING POSITIONS &
TRANSITION PERIODS
Transition period – January 1st, 2019

• Sales Consultant: SC will no longer be offered as a starting position,


current Active SCs will remain in the system and can upgrade to position of IBO at
any time by simply contacting us via Chat, which is available in the
back office

• Qualified Team Trainers: For Existing IBOs who hold a position of QTT on
December 31st, 2018 will be allocated a transition period to acquire the new required
points to be set to CQ, the date to be qualified CQ with the new 7 customers point
requirements is March 31st, 2019.
Transition period – January 1st, 2019

• Executive Team Trainer: ETT will no longer be an earned position within


the European compensation plan, any IBO who holds a position of ETT on
December 31st, 2018 will be set to their true qualified position on January 1 st,
2019 under the new qualifications rules

• If an Existing ETT who will be set to their true position (see previous point)
hold the current QTT requirements they will to be set into transition according
to the QTT transitions above
Transition period – January 1st, 2019

• Executive Team leader: For Existing IBOs who are fully qualified
in the position of ETL on December 31st, 2018 will be allocated a
transition period, until May 31st, 2019 to acquire the new requirements for the
ETL position

• Executive Team leader: For Existing IBOs who are in grace but hold a
position of ETL on December 31st, 2018 will follow the remainder of their
current grace period. After which time they will be required to requalify with
the New ETL requirements
Transition period – January 1st, 2019

• Team Coordinator: TC will no longer be an earned position within the


European compensation plan

• Team Coordinator: For Existing IBOs who hold a position of TC on


December 31st, 2018 but are in grace will be allocated the remainder of their
Grace period at end of which they will need to acquire the new requirements
to be set to RD

• Team Coordinator: For Existing IBOs who are fully qualified position of
TC on December 31st, 2018 will be allocated a 6 -month period until June
30th, 2019 to acquire the new requirements to be set to RD
Transition period – January 1st, 2019
• Team Coordinator: TCs who are locked in transition as RDs will be
compensated as an RD during the period that they show as RD

• Team Coordinator: TCs who are locked in transition (who show as RD)
must maintain a minimum of 400 group points to avail of the full transition
period

• Team Coordinator: TC who are locked in transition who fall


below the 400 points prior to March 31st will be allocated a
2-month grace period
Transition period – January 1st, 2019
• Team Coordinator: TC who are locked in transition who fall into grace prior
to March 31st will be able to requalify for the transition lock if they go above
the 400-group points before the end of the 2 months

• Team Coordinator: TC who are locked in transition who fall below the 400
points after April 1st will be allocated the new RD grace period of 15 days

• Team Coordinator: TC who are locked in transition who fall into grace after
April 1st will need to requalify to RD position with the new 600 group points
Transition period – January 1st, 2019
• Regional Director: Existing RDs who have above 400 points on December
31st, 2018 will be allocated a 6 -month period until June 30th, 2018 to acquire
the new required requirements to be set to RD

• Regional Director: RDs who are locked in transition must maintain


a minimum of 400 group points to avail of the full transition period.
RDs will follow the same business rules for transition as TCs who
are locked as RDs
Transition period – January 1st, 2019
• Regional Vice President: For Existing IBOs who hold a position of RVP
on December 31st, 2018 but are in grace will be allocated the remainder
of their Grace period at end of which they will need to acquire the new
requirements to be set to RVP

• Regional Vice president: For Existing IBOs who are fully qualified position
of RVP on December 31st, 2018 will be allocated a 9 -month period until
September 30th, 2019 to acquire the new requirements to remain as RVP

• Regions Vice president: RVPs who are locked in transition but have
an RD leg go into Grace period will be allocated a grace period of
RD Grace + 2 months
Transition period – January 1st, 2019
• Senior Vice President: For Existing IBOs who hold a position of SVP on December 31st, 2018 but
are in grace will be allocated the remainder of their Grace period at end of which they will need to
acquire the new requirements to be set to SVP

• Senior Vice President: For Existing IBOs who are fully qualified position of SVP on December 31st,
2018 will be allocated a 12 -month period until December 31st, 2019
to acquire the new requirements to remain as SVP

• Senior Vice President: SVPs who are locked in transition but have an RD/RVP leg go into Grace
period will be allocated a grace period of RD/RVP Grace + 2 months

• All RDs are required to maintain a minimum of 15 personal points with 5 services to be paid at their
compensated level throughout the transitional period
Transition period – January 1st, 2019
• All RDs and above will need to maintain a minimum number of personal
customer points to be paid through 7 levels on commission, these are based
upon specific dates which are;

• February 1st – June 30th, 2019 = 15 personal points


• July 1st – September 30th, 2019 = 40 personal points
• October 1st, 2019 onwards = 60 personal points
GRACE PERIODS
Grace periods – April 1st, 2019
• Grace period allocation will be the following;
• ETL = 15 Days
• RD = 15 days *
• RVP = RD grace + 2 months**
• SVP = RD/RVP + 2 months **

• * RDs will be allocated a 20-point buffer before they go into grace period. Example RD loses 5 of their 600
group points, they will show as a RD with no grace period, if they fall below 580 points then the grace period
takes hold and they are allocated 15 days Grace

• RDs who enter a grace period will need to acquire 600 group points to regain qualification
Grace periods – April 1st, 2019
** RVPs and SVPs must be compensated as RVP/SVP for 3 consecutive months in order to avail of the 2
months of Grace

Example: If an RVP who has been RVP for less than 3 consecutive months and an RD leg enters the 15 days Grace period, then the
RVP will also have 15 days grace period, if they were RVP longer than 3 months then they would be allocated the 15 days + 2 months grace
period.

• RVP/SVP that requalify must maintain the position for 3 consecutive months again to avail of the
+ 2-month grace rule

• RVP Gold & RVP Platinum will carry no grace period associated to the Billing volume.

Example: RVP gold drops the billing volume below €175,000 per month they are Immediately an RVP, If they retain the Billing volume
but go into grace for structure they continue to be compensated as RVP Gold During their grace period.
COMMISSIONS
Overriding commissions - January 1st 2019
• Commission levels: commission level percentages will be paid according
compensation plan at the time of the customer entry

• Pre-2015 customers
• Customers pre-2019
• Customers – NextGEN

• Commission statements will show three lines items for some services which will allow you see
each customer based upon their entry date

• RVP Gold & Platinum commission percentage are paid to the openline RVP within the upline and
if they are RVP they are paid 1.5%, if they are RVP Gold they are paid 2.5% & if they are RVP
Platinum they are paid 3%
Commissions Qualifications - April 1st, 2019
• Qualifications for personal commission from April 1st, 2019 will be;
• 1-29 personal points = 1%
• 30-39 personal points = 3%
• 40-59 personal points = 5%
• 60+ personal points = 10%

• Qualifications through Level 7 from April 1st, 2019 will be;


• Level 1: 10 personal points
• Level 2: 10 personal points
• Level 3: 25 personal points
• Level 4: 25 personal points
• Level 5: 50 personal points
• Level 6: 50 personal points
• Level 7: 60 personal points
