Peach is basically self-check-in. You must have your reservation Matrix barcode or Booking reference number in order to check-in on
our self- check-in machines.

Peach check-in & arrivals point are different from other airlines. Please check the location before you come to the airport.
For on-time departures, please complete the check-in procedure and check-in your baggage by the deadline.
For domestic flights in Japan, please check-in at least 30 minutes before the departure time. Check in starts 90 min before departure.
For international flights, please check-in at least 50 min before departure time. Check in starts from two hours before departure.

Please note the rows below are emergency exit rows and have usage conditions.
・Aircrafts A320/A320neo: 12th-13th rows
・Aircraft A321LR: rows #18 and #27
Please note that the seats at the rows below do not recline.
・Aircrafts A320: 11th-12th rows
・Aircraft A321LR: rows #17 and #26 (Please note seats 26D & 26E have a narrower seat width than other seats)
Part of our fleet has introduced the "pre-reclined seats" in all seats that has a certain degree of reclining fixed on the backrest.
 About Connecting Flights:

Peach does not provide check-in or through baggage check service.

-Passengers who have booked two seperate flights need to check themselvees in for both flights separately.
-For passenger with checked baggage, you will need to pass through Immigration and Customs. You are responsible for having all
required travel documents (passport, visa etc.)

Also, if you have booked multiple Peach flight, please ensure the minimum connection times between flights as follows.
DOMESTIC to DOMESTIC: 90 min
INTERNATIONAL to INTERNATIONAL: 120 min
INTERNATIONAL from/to DOMESTIC: 120 min

Change or Cancellation of Flights:

You may be charged for changing or cancelling your reservation. Changes to reservations are accepted via internet and the Contact
Center, or at airport counters up to 1 hour prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary. However, changes for Simple Peach can
only be made by 11:59PM, one day before the flight is scheduled to depart. Changes to flights on the day of the departure will result in
a fare change to Value Peach and Prime Peach.

1) Checked-in baggage and seats are non-transferable to a new flight. Separate payments will have to be made for purchasing new
seating assignments and for checking in baggage when you change flights.

2) Cancelations made by passengers will not be refunded.Upon cancellation of a "Value Peach" or "Prime Peach" ticket, Value Peach
the value of the fare minus the cancellation fee will be refunded as Peach Points. Prime Peach tickets are 100% refudable as Peach
Points without cancellation fee. It may take up to 7 days to issue Peach Points after the request has been made.

*Validity of Tickets:Tickets are valid as of the departure date indicated.However, in case of changes applied to tickets, the revised
departure date will be valid instead.
