COC shall still be valid for five (5) years pursuant to Section 1, Article V and
Section 5, Article Ill of the 2014 Revised Rules for the Issuance of COCs for
Generation Companies, Qualified End-Users and Entities with Self-Generation
Facilities (2014 Revised COC Rules).

However, if the new owner wishes to amend the existing COC in favor of its name;
the new owner may do so by requesting for an amendment of COC and paying
the corresponding fee of P3,000.00 pursuant to ERC Guidelines on Fees and
Charges, as amended, which was promulgated on 17 July 2007.
All COC Applications must be filed in two (2) hard copies and one (1) soft copy
(hard drive or USB Flash Drive), to LMMD Officer of the Day and/or any
authorized LMMD Officer.
