1. Describe your potential for growth in the Advocate for Change domain.

In the Advocate for Change Domain, I plan to create a personal teaching philosophy

that encompasses teaching beliefs and practices as well as participating in professional

development. I will have the information and abilities required to cooperate with others,

share my professional expertise, and make a difference in the area (Lindsay & Floyd,

2019).

2. Identify two or three subdomains would you like to develop further.

One of the sub-domains I desire to build on is collaboration. Collaboration is required

to make a significant difference on a complex subject. Collaborating with other like-

minded people will boost the advocacy movement's resources, expertise, and vigor,

resulting in a far more significant effect than the sum of its parts. Mentoring is another

thing I would want to do. Individuals are connected to chances for self-improvement and

social and economic growth via mentoring. Mentoring, when done effectively, may have

a long-term impact on both parties, potentially improving their lives and professions.

3. List some specific goals for these subdomains.

My technique for generating collaboration comprises creating a repository of

information that explains the need for advocacy change and common hurdles and how to

overcome them. I plan to establish opportunities for mentors and mentees to collaborate

as a team to share achievements, challenges, and techniques in order to expand the

mentoring sub-domain. The conversations will not only allow mentees and mentors to

share their advocacy work and learn from one another's approaches, but they will also

assist mentors and mentees focus on their advocacy work. To keep me motivated to attain

my goals, I will promote information exchange inside the partnership. Knowledge is

power, as the adage goes, and if the information is shared in the group, everyone will feel

more encouraged to participate on an equal basis.

4. Explain how you will fulfill employer demands of DBA scholars regarding initiating,

sponsoring, and implementing change to improve the transfer of knowledge to others.

Employers need DBA graduates who can build and transmit knowledge. As a result,

in order to match their expectations, I must address other people's performance concerns

swiftly, include problem-solving tactics, and give efficient strategies. In this scenario,

sharing information entails meeting employees' ambitions for continuous knowledge and

learning opportunities in order to retain skilled personnel (Dweck, 2014).

5. Indicate whether your framework plan has been featured in any of your discussions with

your informal contact network. If so, how? If not, why?

One of my conversations with my informal contact network was about my framework

plan for teaching, namely mentoring and advising. The framework uses a systemic change

technique to explore the four major parts of the mentoring process. Mentor recruiting,

mentor and newbie teacher training, support personnel, and accountability are all part of

it.

6. Identify the knowledge and academic thinking goals you have acted upon. Describe the

impact you have experienced.

I took action by making time-sensitive, essential judgments utilizing innovative and

critical thinking. This has enabled me to visualize many decision-making components,

making more logical conclusions based on critical factors examined during the decision-

making process. I started to realize my own personal and professional strengths and

flaws. As a result, I have begun to use my strengths to assist me in bettering my areas of

weakness.

7. Briefly describe your subdomains and goals in the Advocate for Change text box of the

framework chart you started in your first course.

In the Advocate for Change text box, collaboration and mentorship are two of my

subdomains. My goals include creating a library of information that explains the need to

advocate change and common hurdles and how to overcome them. I also want to host

events for mentors and mentees to share their triumphs, challenges, and lessons learned.

The bond between a mentee and a mentor is exceptional. Mentors often play an important

role in the mentee's personal and professional growth. They act as guides for anyone who

needs assistance finding their way. Mentoring, on the other hand, is a two-way street with

separate duties for the mentor and mentee. If mentors and mentees match together, the

advocate for change text box will automatically flourish.
