students from the Electrical and Electronics Department of our college desire to visit Sri Kailash
Transformers Pvt Limited for a day, preferably on 30 th October 2021. The visit is aimed at
enhancing their knowledge and understanding. Around 105 students will be participating in the

INDUSTRIAL VISIT (Functional MoU) REPORT

Date of Visit : 30-10-2021

An industrial visit to Kailash Transformer, Puducherry was scheduled on 30.10.2021 for

3rd, 5th & 7th Semester Electrical &Electronics engineering department students. Total of 105
Students and four faculty attended the visit. Kailash Transformer Managing Director
Mr.K.Sivakumar and Technical Engineer Mr.Abinesh were encouraged us and taught about
different faults in the Transformer and the Rectification procedure. This visit was mainly focused
on understanding procedures involved in Transformer maintenance and its protection.

fault Identification and Rectification process in the Transformer.
