Those of you who are dads (or moms), will attest to the
fact that we are getting older.
I'm no different, I enjoy my food and drinks but my body
has been sending me signals that I need to tweak my
habits a bit and focus on gut health.

I found the hack to my unhealthy and hectic lifestyle,


that fits in great with an active social life and helps me
avoid FOMO.
Kombucha brewing started as a passion. Once friends
and family started asking for more, I turned this into a
business. Changing peoples lives one drink at a time.
Keeping the authentic home brewed flavour on a
