Stats., a Class C Felony, and upon conviction may be fined not more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), or imprisoned not more than forty (40) years, or both. PROBABLE CAUSE: ‘And prays that the defendant be dealt with according to law; that the basis for complainant's charge of such offense is: based upon a review of the investigative reports of Deputy Eesley and Detective Anderson both of the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department and both of whom are believed to be truthful and reliable in this instance. The reports of Deputy Eesley indicate that on February 11, 2007 he was dispatched to Lad Lake located at W350 $1401 Waterville Road where he spoke with Donna W. who identified herself as a Recreational Assistant at Lad Lake and advised she has been employed in that capacity for 15 % years. Donna W. advised that on February 11, 2007 at approximately 9:26 p.m. in the area of recreation or the canteen in the main lodge she was with the defendant Adam Hetke when the — defendant bear hugged her. Donna W. stated she said, ‘What are you doing?" At which time the defendant then grabbed the back of her shirt and tried to pull it over her head, Donna W. again said, "What are you doing?” Donna W. stated a scuffle started and at one point, she pushed the defendant against a wall where he did get her front or chest area exposed and commented about what he — referred to as her "boobies". Donna W. indicated the defendant reached for her chest and did ‘squeeze one of her breasts without her consent. Donna W. indicated through out the incident she kept asking, “What are you doing?" Donna W. indicates she ran for the phone and made contact with Cottage Unit. Donna W. indicates the defendant said sorry, sorry and stayed on the ground. Donna W. states she told Cottage Unit the defendant tried to molest her. Donna W. indicates she turned to the defendant and told him to leave at which time he was saying sorry. ‘The reports of Detective Anderson indicate he also met with Donna W. and noted that as a result of this incident she had an injury to the middle finger on her right hand on which it appeared her fingemail had been broken off.
