The Organisation text
Text organization refers to how a text is organized to help
readers follow and understand the information presented.
There are a number of standard forms that help text
organization when writing. This text organization guide will
help you logiclly guide your readers through your text.

When you understand how the writer has organized

information, you will understand and remember the text
better. Writers organize text in several different ways to fit
their purposes.
Sequence

The writer places events in the order in which they

happen. This is known as chronological order. Look for
words like "first," "then," "finally," "a few minutes later,"
"next," "after lunch," "last year."

Comparison/Contrast
The text shows how ideas or things are alike
or different. Look for words like "best,"
"more," "better," "less," "worse," "easier,"
"than."
Cause/Effect

The text shows that one event causes another thing to

happen. Look for words like "because," "then," "since,"
and "as a result."

Problem/Solution

The text is split into two parts: One part presents a

problem, and the other part gives the solution to
the problem. Look for words like "problem,"
"solution," "solve," and "plan."
Description

The text simply describes a situation or a thing. Passages that are

organized to describe often use a lot of adjectives.

Proposition/Support

The text presents a suggestion or a proposition. Then, the author

supports his or her suggestion with reasons. This pattern is often
found in editorials.

Question/Answer

The writer presents a question and then tries to answer it.

Classification

This type of structure can be very helpful when writing research

reports. All of the information is organized by like groups.

Definition

The text defines a difficult term or idea. The definition is stated and
expanded with examples and restatements. Look for bold or italic
words to emphasize new vocabulary.

Narration

The text has details about people and events that tell a story.

Logical Order
ORGANIZE IDEAS
Class Climactic Order

Spatial Order
Chronological Order
This is a very common way to organize ideas as
a writer or storyteller that basically involves
dishing out ideas or details in order of time, first
to last.
It is often used in expository writing (narrative
that informs or explains) – particularly when
describing an event or series of events.
Logical Order
Exactly what it sounds like. This framework is
used to avoid confusion in the reader.
You should organize ideas in this framework if
your reader needs to understand one point
before being capable of understanding the
next.
Climactic Order
In this framework, you generally keep the most important
or exciting point until the last of the piece.
Use this framework when you want to build excitement in a
piece or really emphasize one point as the pinnacle of the
piece. It is often used in persuasive essays (argument-
winners, as my high school students would have said),
rankings or lists of things or illustration of a major problem
or usable solution.
Random Order
Just as it seems, this un-framework allows you to order your
ideas based on whim and whimsy more than any specific
or logical progression.
Organize ideas in this way when your points all have equal
value or importance and can sit independently of one
another in understanding
Spatial Order

Describing a scene as things are arranged in a physical

space – either by moving from one detail to the next, or as
viewed from one stationary vantage point.
This one is so cool! You can use it whenever you want your
readers to visualize a space, or if you want to evoke a scene
using the senses.
Conflict within an organization is not always viewed as undesirable. in fact,
various managers have widely divergent ideas on the value that conflict can
have.
According to the traditional view of conflict, conflict is hamful to an
organization especially the accounting organization in the treasury of
financial accounting. Managers with this traditional view of conflict see it as
their role in an organization to rid the organization of any possible sources of
conflict.
the interactionist view of conflict, on the other hand, holds that conflict can
serve an important function in an organization by reducing complacency
among workers and causing positive changes to occur. Managers who hold
an interactionist view of conflict may actually take steps to stimulate conflict
within the organization in the treasury of financial accounting.

What sort of information we can learn from the passage?

and what type of organization text is it?
Accounting is the art of recording, classifying, and summarizing in a meaningful way, economic
(financial) transactions and events, and their results. Therefore, while accounting is an art, art here
does not mean its nature, but the way it is used. The more explanations that are made about
accounting itself, the more it makes accounting a unique art to discover.

Accounting knowledge can be seen from two aspects of understanding. In other words, it can be
seen as a field that is taught in universities as well as special knowledge (skills) that is practiced in the
real world.

From a technical point of view, accounting is often viewed as simply a set of procedures, methods
and techniques, regardless of the theory behind the practice. Accounting is considered as the
application and application of criteria to prepare financial statements.

and what type of organization the text used?
Accountants are responsible for a wide variety of finance-related tasks that are primarily
associated with preparing financial records. These tasks oftentimes include computing
taxes and preparing tax returns, organizing and maintaining financial records, and
ensuring statements are accurate. Accountants in the United States must perform all of
this work while abiding by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Accountants generally have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. In

addition, many accountants have a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential, which is
obtained by passing a national exam and a completing a minimum number of college
coursework hours. Accountants usually fall into one of four categories: public accountant,
management accountant, government accountant, or internal auditor.
