Dear Candidate,

We are glad to offer you an internship at Scalene Livprotec Pvt. Ltd. (“Scalene Livprotec”)
with the position title (Designation). The duration of the internship would be 4 months
starting from the Start date to the End date.

You will be paid Rs. /- per month as a stipend. You will not be entitled to any other
payments/allowances apart from a stipend. Any approved expense incurred by you on
behalf of the Scalene Livprotec shall be reimbursed at cost. You will be required to make
your own arrangements for food, accommodation, and transportation.

In case your performance/conduct is not satisfactory during the internship, the Management
reserves the right to discontinue your internship with prior notice or intimation.
Employment opportunity after completion of internship is at Scalene Livprotec’s sole
discretion.
