Terms of Reference / Scope of Services:

 Arranging meeting with different stakeholders
 Attending meetings of stakeholders, when necessary and as per requirement
 Technical guidance for effective decision making
 Review of any document associated with the development of the Solar PV plant ie.,
proposals of EPC, technical data sheets, feasibilities, etc.
 Assessment of Solar PV project of similar nature and information sharing as and when
acquired
 Advising on financial proposals and their reasonability
 Advising in Bidding procedure of Government Regulations
 Evaluate the equipment i.e., Solar panels, Inverters, etc and their suitability for use in the
large scale PV plants
