I began my healthcare journey working in surgery for over
ten years. I’ve spent a great deal of my career in nursing homes
and hospitals in med surg, telemetry, advanced care and ICU.
I’ve worked closely with the Medical Director in managing patient
care in the nursing home where I functioned as the Director of
Nursing. I have also worked closely with the plastic surgeon who
functioned as the Wound Care Specialist in performing bedside
procedures and assessments.
I have devoted my time and energy to gaining invaluable

healthcare facilities. Seeing the impact of quick thinking and
