MBA FOR BUSINESS GRADUATES ADMISSION

Name of the Program: MBA for Business Graduates
Duration of the Program: One Year (Two Semesters)
7th Batch (January – June, 2021)

We are delighted to announce that the Department of Finance, University of Rajshahi is inviting
to admit the students of Business Graduates from any University in One-Year MBA Program,
Session January – June, 2021.

One-Year MBA program shall be of 36 (thirty six) credit hours of which 30 (thirty) credit hours
for course work, 3 (three) credit hours for viva-voce and 3 (three) credit hours for
internship/project paper program.

The students shall be awarded the MBA degree by the University of Rajshahi on
recommendation of departmental academic committee. The students completing the academic
requirements with the minimum CGPA of 2 (two) will be eligible for the degree.

Admission Requirement
For admission into the One-Year MBA Program, candidates must have 4-year graduation
degree from any business discipline obtaining at least 6 (six) points based on the calculations
shown in the following table:

Application Procedures

Direct Application: Candidates may collect application forms along with prospectus from the
office of the Chairman, Department of Finance, Middle Block, 1st Floor, Rabindra Bhaban by
paying Tk.600 (non refundable) in cash as per following schedule.

Sunday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Online Application: Candidates are advised to follow the instructions below for online
application:

• Fill up the form after taking the printed copy of the form.

• Pay Tk. 600 (non refundable) in the bKash account of 01712-439348 (Personal) and
mention the Transaction Id in the application form.

• Scan the filled-up form with one passport size color photograph of the applicant (Attach
the photo on the top of the right corner of the form) and necessary documents (SSC, HSC
and Business Graduates’ Certificates/Transcripts), and send the documents to the Email

• The eligible candidates will be replied through the Email for the admission after checking
their documents.

• Program fee: Tk. 75,000.00 (Taka seventy five thousand only) (Tk. 40,000.00 for First
Semester and Tk. 35,000.00 for Second Semester).

The Deadline for Admission: 30th March, 2021.

Class Start: 5th April, 2021.

Class Mode: Online Class during Covid-19 Period.
