Extreme Power
100% Synthetic Motor Oil
High-performance engines run at extreme temperatures and under

1. Phạm vi áp dụng:
 Sử dụng cho công tác lắp đặt Chiller.
2. Cách lắp đặt:
2.1. Công tác chuẩn bị:
 Bản vẽ thi công được CĐT phê duyệt;
 Thiết bị, phụ kiện tuân thủ theo trình duyệt vật tư đã được CĐT phê duyệt;
 Mặt bằng thi công phải đảm bảo không gian và sạch sẽ;
 Dụng cụ, dàn giáo cần thiết để lắp đặt (phù hợp với thiết bị).
2.2. Lắp đặt:
 Vận chuyển Chiller đến vị trí lắp đặt theo bản vẽ đã được duyệt;
 Lấy dấu vị trí lắp đặt Chiller;
 Lấy dấu vị trí các lò xo chống rung;
 Khoan và định vị đế các lò xo chống rung;
 Lắp thiết bị;
 Lắp đặt cụm van;
 Kiểm tra (dùng thước thủy, cân nước…) cân chỉnh đảm bảo Chiller được ngay ngắn, chắc chắn.
Lập hồ sơ mời Tư Vấn, Chủ Đầu Tư nghiệm thu lắp đặt tĩnh cho thiết bị.

CHI TIẾT LẮP ĐẶT GIỮA CHÂN CHILLER VÀ LÒ XO CHỐNG RUNG

Chú ý: Trong công tác lắp đặt này cần chú ý về độ ngang bằng của chiller đảm bảo không bị nghiêng (sẽ ảnh
hưởng đến hoạt động của các chi tiết của máy và các thiết bị khác). Tham khảo cách cân chỉnh bên dưới:

1. Đo kích thước và làm làm dấu một khoảng cách bằng nhau từ dưới của mỗi chân chiller.
2. Sử dụng một ống nhựa trong suốt đã điền đầy nước dọc theo chiều dài và chiều rộng của Chiller để
cân chỉnh.
3. Giữ một đầu làm chuẩn và kiểm tra mực nước ở đầu đối diện. Nếu mực nước không phù hợp với các
dấu đánh trước đó thì tiến hành cân chỉnh lò xo cho đến khi mực nước ở mỗi đầu của ống thẳng hàng với
dấu của dầu làm chuẩn.
