FAN FILTER UNIT STRUCTURE 1 2 5, 6

In the highly regulated realm of pharmaceutical cleanrooms, ensuring the

utmost air quality stands as a paramount necessity. MayAir's Fan Filter Units
(FFUs) assume a pivotal role in upholding this immaculate environment.
These FFUs are thoughtfully engineered to facilitate easy in-room
replacement, addressing the unique requirements of the pharmaceutical
industry.

Pharmaceutical cleanrooms must adhere to the rigorous standards of

ISO classifications. The inclusion of flush surfaces, characterized by
their absence of protrusions, ledges, or recesses, simplifies the tasks of 4 7

MAYAIR FFU CONTROL SYSTEM
CONFIGURATION FLONET
The MayAir Flonet system is well-suited for efficiently managing a cleanroom
of any size and able to control both AC and EC type FFU.

It offers real-time monitoring and can handle up to 50,000 units within a

single system. This system is versatile, allowing control over the entire
building's cleanroom, including separate zones with varying ISO classes. It
utilizes a TCP/IP network for signal transmission at speeds of up to 100Mbps,
with the option for fiber optic configuration. The system exhibits exceptional
stability and response times, with synchronous FFU group scanning taking
less than 15 seconds per cycle, and it continues to operate seamlessly even in
the event of a lost connection to the server or PC.

MayAir places a strong emphasis on security and has developed a multi-level

administration system for control and monitoring. Users receive a unique
registration key for software commissioning. User-friendliness is a top priority
in the software's design, featuring a clear navigation tree and a display of the
actual cleanroom layout. This ensures users have a more efficient and straight
forward experience when monitoring FFUs within the cleanroom.

are properly assigned into FFU control panels accordingly to the project size and layout. The serial device servers are all connected up within the same network
via ethernet switches. In the event of a request, IO Module can be added into the system network for fire alarm signal input and/ or FFU fault alarm signal
output.
5. Optional high level interface with third party BMS can be achieved via TCP/Modbus. This allows for the extraction of information such as the FFU's online/
offline status, run/stop status, normal/faulty status, and running RPM via MayAir FLONET system. This provides greater convenience for the client's facility team,
allowing them to monitor all the services in their FM system more effectively.
