PREFACE
Le groupe ISSAD est un établissement universitaire privé créé par l’autorisation
N°12/0654/MINESUP du 23 novembre 2012. Placé sous la tutelle académique de
l’université de Dschang et de Bamenda, il ouvre ses portes le 02 Avril 2015 avec
l’autorisation d’ouverture N°15/0139/MINESUP/DDES.
Le groupe ISG – ISSAD possède deux campus : Le campus principal situé à Deido au lieudit
ancien ISES face « Wakanda city » derrière la libraire papeterie KYAS. Celui de Bonaberi
son campus secondaire, situé à « l’entrée mission catholique-ancienne route Bonaberi ».
Avec un concept pédagogique innovant, l’école est fondée sur trois piliers : l’esprit
d’entreprendre, la créativité, l’expression professionnelle. Le groupe ISG – ISSAD offre des

ABSTRACT

This Internship report is based on one month internship period carried out at camera
surveillance company The internship started from the 1st of November to the of 1st
December 2023.Camera surveillance have become increasingly popular in businesses as a
means of providing security to customer support . This internship project aims to investigate
the effectiveness of camera surveillance system technology in improving customer service
efficiency and satisfaction. Camera surveillance have become increasingly popular in various
industries as a means of providing security and safety of property.

The study will involve analysing the usage of cameras surveillance in a real-world customer
service setting, examining the response of security.

The camera surveillance serve as a means to security of property and humans allows
customers to interact with a company's customer service . The design of the camera
surveillance includes features such as security of property and safety of person to provide
efficient and personalized customer support. The implementation of the camera surveillance
involves integrating it into video cameras, training of personnel’s on how to use the system
of cameras surveillance, and continuously monitoring and improving the surveillance
performance. The results of this study demonstrate the effectiveness of the camera

surveillance in improving customer satisfaction, reducing response times, and increasing

operational efficiency for businesses, offices and public places

Through this internship project, the intern will gain hands-on experience in installing video
cameras and to know and the place to install analysis, and interpretation, the various types
of cameras as well as develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This training will
contribute to the existing body of knowledge on camera surveillance.

RESUME

Ce rapport de stage est basé sur une période de stage de un mois ELECTRONICA. Le stage a
commencé le 1er novembre s'est terminé le 1er décembre 2023.Les systèmes de camera
surveillance sont devenus de plus en plus populaires dans les entreprises comme moyen de
fournir un support et une interaction en temps réel avec les clients. Ce projet de stage vise à
étudier l'efficacité de la technologie des camera surveillance dans l'amélioration de l'efficacité
et de la satisfaction du service client. Les camera surveillance sont devenues de plus en plus
populaires dans divers secteurs comme moyen de fournir un support immédiat et personnalisé
aux clients. L'étude impliquera l'analyse de l'utilisation de la technologie des camera de
surveillance dans un contexte réel de service client, en examinant la sécurité bien et personne,
le taux de résolution et les retours des clients.

Les camera de surveillance est une system de sécurisation de bien est de personne dans la
société entreprise. La conception du camera surveillance comprend des fonctionnalités telles
que le traitement du langage naturel, l'analyse des sentiments et des réponses personnalisées
pour fournir un support client efficace et personnalisé. La mise en œuvre du camera
surveillance implique son intégration sur la surisation des personne et de bien, la formation
des représentants du service client sur la manière d'utiliser efficacement le système, et la
surveillance continue et l'amélioration des performances de camera de surveillance Les
résultats de cette étude démontrent l'efficacité du camera surveillance dans l'amélioration de
la satisfaction client, la sécurité de réponse et l'augmentation de l'efficacité opérationnelle
pour les entreprises. Grâce à ce projet de stage, le stagiaire acquerra une expérience pratique
dans la collecte, l'analyse et l'interprétation des données, ainsi que le développement de
compétences en réflexion critique et résolution de problèmes. Cette recherche contribuera au
corpus existant de connaissances sur la technologie des camera surveillance et ses
implications pour la gestion du service client.
