(herein known as “Contractor”) will provide FLEXJOBS (herein known as “Client”) with services as outlined in
the specifications listed in the Terms and Conditions below.

Description of the Services

Freelancer will provide the following services to Flexjobs Company (the “Services”):

In addition, Remote Employee shall perform such other duties and tasks, or changes to the Services, as may be
agreed upon by the Parties.

Compensation
In exchange for Remote Employee performing the Services, Flexjobs Company shall pay the Contractor the
following:
Client must pay the Contractor a total of $__________100__________ (USD), for the services rendered
which is as budgeted by the Client.

Remote Employee is compensated by:

After Contractor submits the completed project to Client the task is considered complete. The completed job
would be evaluated by the Company's Management, and Remote Employee would be paid into their respective
Local Bank Accounts or Online Wallet Account such as Payeer, Skrill, PayPal, Alipay etc or whichever channel
that best fits a swift transaction time. Payment will be made from Employer’s Financial Institution to employee’s
desired beneficiary channel.

Payment Terms/Schedule
Payment will be made after project has been completed, submitted and evaluated by Client. There are no
milestone payments.

Terms and Conditions

The following rates and terms apply:

Client will pay to Contractor the sum of _____100__ (USD) for the entire services rendered by
Contractor via agreed payment channel, no later than 24 hours for work delivered and accepted by the Client.
Registration Fee
Contractor will pay to Client a fee termed as “Registration Fee” which is a once-off payment of Fifty United
States Dollars ($50.00) USD to start working on projects. The fee ensures you're duly registered with the
company to carryout projects and also that you’ll not be abandoned or impromptly disengage the project; we have
had series of abandoned and impromptly disengaged projects in the past causing us not to be able to deliver
projects to end users. The fee shall be refunded back to Contractor after the project has been completed. The
Registration Fee as stated herewith is to ensure Contractor completes the job within the scheduled time and also
for data security.

Milestones are not available first jobs as the company can’t run the risk of any employee abandoning a
project half-way after receiving payments for milestones covered. Hence payments are made to all
employees of FlexJobs after they have completed the job.

Scope of Project
Contractor agrees to perform services until the engagement has ended on the agreed-upon.

Legal

Contractor declares that they cannot guarantee completed work will be completely error-free, as such they can’t
be liable to the Client or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental,
consequential or special damages, even with prior advisory. If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful,
void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Copyright

Client will own the copyright for all material created under this agreement, and contractor can showcase sample
works from this project as portfolio pieces only with consent and approval from client.

Termination
This agreement may be terminated with 2 days written notice by either party. At the time of termination. If the
termination is called for by Client, then Client shall compensate Contractor for the part job done by Contractor
from date of commencement to date of termination. The Contractor agrees to return all Flexjobs property(ies)
used in performance of the Services (if any was given prior to the completion of the project), including but not
limited to computers, cell phones, keys, reports and other equipment and documents. Contractor shall reimburse
Flexjobs for any of their property lost or damaged in an amount equal to the market price of such property.
