2023 Doctors’ World Gala By, Of, and For Doctors

The Italian Dental Association, AIO, will be holding its 12th International Congress and its 23rd
Sardinian Meeting entitled Focus on the Simplicity in Excellence, June 8-10, 2023, at the five-
star Hilton Chia Laguna Resort on the beautiful island of Sardegna, Italy.

Concurrently held with the AIO International Congress will be the 2023 Doctors’ World Gala
(DWG), a momentous occasion honoring Top Doctors from around the world in the fields of
Dentistry, Medicine, Pharmacy, Optometry, Chiropractic and Medical Philosophy. During the
DWG achievement awards will be presented to the newly inaugurated 100 Top Docs added to
the 600 Top Docs from over 120 countries that have already been granted this prestigious
honor.

 EXHIBIT SPACE
Basic exhibit space measures 3x2 (or 1x3) meters with a table and 2 chairs.
Additional exhibit space can be purchased if needed.
All furnishings, decorations, electrical or electronic devices and audio-
visual equipment can be provided by request at the expense of the exhibitor.

ASSIGNMENT OF EXHIBITION SPACE

Exhibit space will be assigned based on the order of receipt of the request along with payment in full. If it is not possible,
invoices will be sent in the beginning of April 2023, and must be paid no later than the end of the month, to prevent the
space from being assigned to other company that has paid. Exception is possible after request and agreement with the
organization.
Although every effort will be made to satisfy the exhibitor’s preference in a fair and equitable manner, no assurance can
be given that the preferred exhibition space will be available at the time of request. For this reason, we ask each exhibitor
to indicate 3 preferences.
